My first room had now AC, i tried sleeping couldn't, but went down to lobby and they were able to place me in a new room that had good AC. The rooms are okay, get what you payed for, I would spend double the money to be near beach now that I know.

Pensem que é um custo benefício, ou seja, vai pagar pouco e não terá nenhum conforto a mais! Recomendo para quem vai a trabalho sozinho, que você fica para economizar ao máximo! Não recomendaria levar família pois é um pouco velho, bagunçado e insalubre!

Problemas com ar-condicionado, não funcionavam, o que funcionava fazia um barulho enorme, visto que não eram novos. Troquei de quarto umas cinco vezes, quando no problema não era o ar, era o chuveiro. Fiquei no Rio dez dias neste mesmo hotel, se arrependimento matasse... Café da manhã ruim, demorava reposição. Se acabasse a única fruta servida, que é banana, não tinha reposição, ainda que restasse uma hora para o encerramento do serviço do café. Elevador parou várias vezes. Somente um elevador atende a todos os andares, não tem wi-fi nos quartos, tvs velhas. Enfim, tudo ruim, Apenas os recepcionistas atendiam bem.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo às estações de transporte e ao centro, o que facilita bastante a locomoção. No entanto, a infraestrutura deixa a desejar. O quarto apresentava um forte cheiro de barata e, mesmo estando no 6º andar, havia muitos pernilongos. Durante a estadia, apenas um elevador estava funcionando, o que gerava demora, principalmente nos horários de maior movimento. O café da manhã é bastante simples, com poucas opções. Normalmente há apenas pão, café com leite, presunto e queijo picados. Em alguns dias havia frutas, mas a quantidade era pequena e acabava rapidamente. Acredito que o hotel tem potencial por conta da excelente localização, porém precisa investir em melhorias na infraestrutura, manutenção e na qualidade do café da manhã para proporcionar uma experiência mais agradável aos hóspedes.

O melhor do Hotel Avenida é o custo benefício. Muito favorável ao hóspede. Localização maravilhosa. O que deixa a desejar é Wi-Fi. Nota ZERO. Simplesmente não tem Wi-Fi nos quartos. Só na portaria. No térreo.
