My first room had now AC, i tried sleeping couldn't, but went down to lobby and they were able to place me in a new room that had good AC. The rooms are okay, get what you payed for, I would spend double the money to be near beach now that I know.

The room was not fully clean, the air conditioning did work but here no instructions on how to use it and the first night I slept without AC . Additionally the evening staff was unbelievably rude and the street very noisy. I wouldn’t recommend.

Péssima experiência. Fiz uma reserva de apenas um dia, enquanto aguardava vaga em outro hotel, e isso já foi suficiente para passar por muito estresse. Faltaram toalha de banho, toalha de rosto, travesseiro e cobertor. Havia cabelo na cama e o ar-condicionado era extremamente barulhento. Quando solicitei as toalhas e o travesseiro, informaram que não poderiam fornecer durante a noite, apenas em horário comercial. O café da manhã tinha pouquíssimas opções, todas de péssima qualidade. No checkout, pedi para deixar as malas na recepção por apenas duas horas, e o pedido foi negado sob a justificativa de “regra da gerência”. Não recomendo este hotel, nem mesmo para passar apenas uma noite.

Foi uma experiência horrivel! primeira que a "cama de casal" eram duas camas de solteiro juntas, segundo tinha baratas nos quartos, terceira houve falta de água durante horas, os funcionários não souberam lidar com a situação, e ainda estavam sendo grossos com os hóspedes falando que quem nao tivesse satisfeito que fosse para outro hotel, teve um hóspede que pediu o livro de reclamações pois tinha viajafo 9 horas para esta ali e eles não estava querendo tentar resolver o funcionário simplesmente jogou o livro, o cafe da manha pessimo (pão, queijo e presunto) enfim pessima experiência
