The staff is what made this property exceptional. They were very attentive and willing to assist with requests or things that needed attention in the room, etc. The rooftop pool area is a major draw for this hotel. The price was extremely reasonable and actually on the lower end of what I would expect for a property with its proximity to the beach.

Top class hotel on Copacabana beach. Huge bed with a nice room. Great location. Free beach chairs with umbrellas available to hotel guests. Great rooftop bar with a pool. I rate Copacabana beach more highly than the close by Ipanema ( a short walk away or even shorter e-scooter ride). Both beautiful but Copacabana has better beach bars!

Wonderful hotel!! This is our second time here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Great location right in front of the Copacabana beach. The view from our room (lux casal) was absolutely stunning. The room was super spacious and comfortable, the shower and the jacuzzi were wow! And the pool and bar on the roof and the gym - everything is just perfect!! We will definitely come back again.

This hotel is conveniently located right on the boardwalk with the beach just across the street. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. It felt like a safe location. The hotel staff were attentive and friendly. The rooftop pool was nice and had a good view. My only complaint is my room card stopped working a few times even though I kept it separate from everything. I would stay here again though.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in my whole life. Location was great , breakfast was the best I’ve ever had . The staff were amazing, polite and caring . They have been trained professionally and pamper you so well that you will never forget . The cleanliness is outstanding and the amenities are great. Every day when they clean the room, they leave two chocolate box inside. A complimentary large bottle of water is left every day . The rooftop pool is fabulous with the best view of Capacabana beach and perfect food . If I could , I would give 10 out of 5 stars regarding the price !

I like the effort but did not like that the hotel is not prominently visible it’s like a hole in the wall type of establishment. But the effort the staff make to maintain and assist guests is top notch. I just wish the view and room size were commensurate with the cost per night.
