The bathroom was quite dirty with some of the trim being rotten from mould and whatnot. The bathroom also had gnats in it. The curtain for the window was also broken and had major holes in it. The staff were very friendly however and helped me out in my travels.

Property definitely needs a bit of maintenance. My room was not very clean and they didn’t not service the room daily. Only one day they replaced towels and made the bed. Overall ok stay but I wouldn’t choose this hotel again Breakfast was good

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and was very disappointed. The room was missing what I consider basic amenities: no mini fridge, no microwave, no hair dryer, and no iron. When I checked in, I noticed the bathroom floor towel was dirty with shoe marks. I requested room service on the 4th day, and all they did was hang the same towels back up instead of replacing them. The surrounding area felt a little unsafe, though we did find a nice bar and bakery just a 5 minute walk away.

My connecting flight was delayed so I never made it to rio. I tried contacting the hotel several times before this happened and after it happened, and the hotel never responded. Terrible customer service. I have reported the incident to hotels.com

This hotel is terrible, it’s located in a very unsafe neighborhood, and the hotel is dark and old, everything is old, the hallways are very dark. And even the mirrors on the stair walls are broken. They even charge R$30 if you want to put your luggage in their storage for a little while after you check out. It’s not worth the money even though the hotel charge low price. Not recommended

Hotel de bom nível e preço costuma ser bom. Fomos bem atendidos pelos funcionários sempre que solicitado Prós: localização próximo a bons supermercados, farmácias, bares, lanchonetes e a várias opções de transporte. Equipe do hotel bem solicita aos hóspedes. Contras: banheiro tinha um pouco de mofo nas paredes e no teto. Solicitei dois cobertores para mim e minha esposa porém somente um foi fornecido. As toalhas do banheiro só eram trocadas a cada dois dias. Não havia toalha de rosto nem pano para o chão em nosso banheiro, precisamos solicitar. Café da manhã com pouca variedade e no período em que estivemos foram as mesmas opções todos os dias. Após o check-in precisamos aguardar por quase duas horas até termos a liberação de algum quarto.

Não achei que vale o preço cobrado. Quarto estava com poeira e algumas manchas de mofo nas paredes. O banheiro estava com o box cheio de lodo nas paredes. Havia apenas 1 coberta disponibilidade, tentamos pedir mais 1, porém alegaram que era apenas 1 por quarto. A tv não é Smart e os canais disponível são apenas os de tv aberta. A cama é confortável, mas não recomendo pelos demais pontos e certamente não voltarei.
