I highly highly recommend this Place. From the moment we arrived it felt like home. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The area felt very safe and peaceful which made the stay even better. Everything was well taken care of and you can tell the host truly cares about their guests experience!! Would definitely stay here again!

The place is a mess, horribly dirty, the room felt clean, but was in very poor conditions, bathroom is pretty old, electrical outlets were just wires sticking out of the wall in some parts, bedsheets had a hole, mattresses were bad... but was also cheap. I can't expect much from a cheap place, but, the pictures here are way better than what you're getting, I'd say stay away,

Atlantico Star was a convenient hotel to stay in the copacabana zone. It was a functional hotel where everything feels old, but still works very good. The place definitily needs an upgrade to more moderns facilities becausa it has a good potencial. Instead this, i do not have anyproblem with my stay and the price payed was less than other hotels in the area.

My experience at Hotel Atlantico Star was very disappointing. When we arrived, there were serious issues with our reservation and the hotel tried to make us book again at a higher price, claiming our reservation had been canceled. This caused unnecessary stress, additional expenses, and inconvenience for our group. The situation was poorly handled and the service was not helpful in resolving the problem. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

dirty room, dirty toilet, run down. the first night I was there the electricity went out for the whole hotel. but only the hotel. the surrounding areas all still have their electricity. I was on the 6th floor and had to walk up the stair in the dark in the summer heat. the next day, the electricity was still out. I couldn't not get my passport out of the safe because it has an electronic keypad. I had to walk down and up to the front desk to get help. 3 trips down and up and over an hour later, they got a guy to come open up the safe for me to get my passport. Originally, I was going to stay there for 3 nights but I had to forfeit the 2 remaining nights to find another hotel

Hôtel bien situé et personnel très sympathique. Pour un 4 étoiles les chambres sont quand même vieillottes. Il réside un bruit constant lié aux climatisations extérieures. Dommage de devoir payer pour le dépôt de bagage en attendant le Check-in En revanche c'est superbe d'avoir des prêts de serviettes pour la plage.

Old and tired property. Noisy rooms with paper-thin walls. The neighbors have a conversation, you will here it all and it will wake you up. Very basic breakfast with egg shells in the scrambled eggs. Not very helpful staff. Bottomline, will never go there again.
