My reservation included two rooms, 302 and 402.
In room 302, the towels were collected but not replaced with new ones. It took over 30 minutes to return them after we raised a complaint.
In room 402, we had to visit the reception three times to ensure that the key entry was programmed correctly. Additionally, the bathroom was found to be dirty and had mold on the ceiling.
Upon leaving in the morning, we returned in the evening to discover that the television stand had been broken, which was not the case when we left. After filing a report, the issue was promptly fixed.
Despite the repairs, we continue to experience noise from other rooms in various directions, both inside and outside the rooms. Furthermore, the elevators have been emitting continuous beeping noises throughout the day and night.
