The room wasn't clean especially the floor, and wasn't ready even after 3 pm,good kitchen but plenty of of issues like asking for deposit $ 200 before you stay

For the price, this place is great! We have stayed here a few times and never had any issues.

The rooms we had booked months ago were under maintenance. They booked us rooms at the Hilton to replace them. That process went fine, my only issue is they waited until I was in the lobby to tell me about it, they could have called and we could have done it differently.

close proximity to most of the attractions. Staff very friendly. Found it odd that the parking lot behind the hotel (back entrance to the hotel) is actually a paid public parking lot and we were not allowed to park there.

I did not stay at the Wyndham fallsview because they had fire evacuees, therefore I got transfer to their sister hotel The Hyatt Regency. My rating is on that hotel
