Pearl District Vacation Packages for 2026

Outstanding service, excellent bar and great food. Thank you to all staff!!!!

Everything was perfect except that only one elevator was working.

There was no chair nor table in our room, and we had some trouble determining how to turn off the light on the wall behind the television. We went to the desk late at night about needing help, but all we got was there is a button somewhere on the side of the refrigerator. But no-one would come to the room and help us find the button. The button was buried under the plug for a coffee pot. Also, the telephone would not work, but the guys at the night desk told us there was nothing wrong with the phones. It turned out that none of the hotel's room phone were working. I think it was the next afternoon that the phones were in operational,

Reserved a suite overlooking the river and when we checked in, we were told they were out of availability for what we booked. We ended up city side with lots of traffic noise. We were not given a refund for the lower room rate. The person at the desk tried to sell the walk-in shower being better- no. I was extremely disappointed in the drastic view and noise difference and would have stayed somewhere else with a river view. We would not have paid as much as we did for what we ended up with.
