“Es una casona muy hermosa, el desayuno muy rico ”

“Es muy bonito, tanto por dentro como por fuera. Habitaciones muy cuidadas y con muchos detalles. Limpio, encantador y empleados muy amables. Muy recomendable. ”

“Staying here was amazing. The room was just what I needed for my one night stay in Durham. The bus stop wasn’t far away and was very easy to get into the city center. I arrived a little bit early and they didn’t even flinch to get me into my room. Highly recommend!”

“Habíamos estado en otros Marriott y fue una gran experiencia, aquí no te atienden bien, el hotel es un laberinto, y nadie te explica por dónde ir, ni te ayudan con las maletas, tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiaran de cuarto, las alfombras no son cómodas para llevar las maletas, el personal del bar grosero, solo tienen Pepsi y como no queríamos se burlaron de nosotros pensando que no los entenderíamos. Decepcionada de haber elegido este hotel”

“Stayed 25th October 2026 Overpriced. They overcharge and underdeliver for guests. Both male receptionists on arrival were awful. Their attitude was disgusting. We were made more than aware that we were second class guests in their eyes. I thought we had booked B&B but had inadvertently booked Bed only. We had to pay extra for breakfast. 2 Rooms Also Be Aware They charge £14 per night for parking for anyone not booking through their website and it is free for Raddison guests. We had 2...

“Good place for stay overnight with family”

“I have to say that the hotel met absolutely my expectations. The room was comfortable, nice and clean. Furthermore the hotel staff was really nice and friendly. The only negative aspect was the cleaning of the toilet once we were staying in the room. For instance, in 4 nights we had the same towels although, I imagine that they would have solved the problem inmediately if I had notified it. In general, everything was quite good. I strongly recommend it.”

“Its to dirty, smell a cigarrette”

“One the most beautiful hotels that I have been, a real medieval castle in the middle of nowere, with al the 21th century facilities. Amazing!!!”

“Ample parking. Amazing breakfast. Great views”

“First and foremost the property was clean, functional and offered value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, although our experience of room service was let down by dirty cups being left. We found the hotel lacked character, everything about it was functional and not interesting. This extended to the breakfast, our experience of which was behind not eating supper there. This is not a criticism of the hotel, it is my view. Based on reviews I expected a little more than we got....

“Todo correcto, aunque la cama era pequeña ”

“Todo genial. Muy limpio y ordenado”

“Todo muy bien ”

“This was a very old historical building in as good of a shape as it could be. Some uneven floors and a lot of steps to get to your room. It was small and quiet charming. The staff was pleasant and helpful. A bus stop was right out the side. Very pleasant. The bed was nice, no air conditioning, but it was fairly cool when we went in August, 2026. They had a fan. We are from Florida so the low 70's was a joy for us for August.”
