Stayed for 1 night, overall it was a positive experience. Room was a bit too warm even after we'd adjusted the temperature control. Went to breakfast around 0930, this must have been after their busy period as some of the food, drinks and cups etc needed replenishing so a wait for our choice was had. Throughout staff we're pleasant and helpful, hotel also in a great central location. Would return if staying in Newcastle.
