Great stay, very nicely upgraded rooms and we had such a peaceful sleep. Room was so spacious. Right in the center 10 minutes walk from bars and restaurants

Nice upscale hotel with large rooms. Good work desk and internet. Breakfast had lots of choices, both hot and cold. Nice location along canal, with a reasonable (if uphill) walk into town, towards the cathedral. Getting to the hotel by foot from the station more challenging due to the hill nature of town, and construction blocking various access ways.

The parking facility’s need updating. It’s advertised as being £14 for overnight residents but it is not. The hotels excuse they don’t own the parking. This is disinformation as the advertised rate is incorrect. For overnight we paid £28
