Our stay was amazing! We arrived just before midday and reception were very friendly. Janet was very helpful and rang us an hour later saying our rooms were ready which was a brilliant surprise. The hotel building is fantastic. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely although I did have to request some extra lighting which was brought to us with half an hour. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was brilliant. Excellent stay.
