Loved the club room and it came with an extra check out hour, free access to the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. Outstanding dining and breakfast was on point. We had a wonderful break. The beach is not very far from the hotel. Just a few minutes drive away. Staff was very helpful and friendly 😊.

Had a brilliant time went on a Sunday night unfortunately the restaurant was a bit of a let down with a very poor menu and very expensive. We had to drive into Tynemouth to get food. The breakfast was brilliant and the room was fantastic.

Only 1 pillow provided and it was lumpy. Asked for more pillows (twice) and the ones provided were like bricks. The room was roasting hot so didn’t sleep well, even with the fan on. Swimming pool is extremely cold-kids were only in half an hour before their lips were blue and had to get out! we’ve stayed before and my feedback was almost identical so obviously they don’t take it on board. Won’t be staying again.
