The property shows it’s age inside. The lobby and hallway carpets were worn. Only one of the two elevators work and there was no sign for the broken one. The room was clean but the bathroom showed ware and the tub was slippery. Non carpet floors in the room looked clean but felt sticky. There were no coffee filters in the room or available from the desk. The staff was helpful and accommodating when asked for a room facing away from the highway.

This was our 2nd visit to this property and will continue to return. It has a great vibe with a very comfortable room. The bed was so comfortable...pillows a bit stiff but i always travel with my own. The roof top bar is always great after driving for many hours, a nice way to wind down.

Nice room, good location for walking to restaurants, the state capitol, the canal.
