The hotel and Spa is in a lovely area of Richmond. The staff was very helpful, the room was comfortable and clean. Shula’s steakhouse is in the lobby, so a good meal is always waiting. We will stay here every year on our travels from Florida to New York.

We had an amazing stay at the Hilton in Short Pump! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Every interaction we had with the staff was pleasant, and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Elliott, the manager of the hotel, greeted me as soon as I arrived with my family. He offered to help with our luggage. He then checked us in and couldn't have been nicer. We unloaded our things and after a long day of driving, we wanted to take the kids to get Hibachi at the restaurant a few blocks away. Elliott then offered to drive us in the shuttle and gave us his number to call when we were done so he could get us and bring us back. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I called the front desk to get a few more pillows for the kids sleeping on the sleeper sofa.. guess who shows up? Elliott. The man literally does it all. You can tell he keeps the hotel running to a very high standard and is active in every aspect of the operation. I don't usually give such extensive reviews, but felt it necessary to give him the recognition that he deserves. Hope to see him again next time I pass through and stay the night.
