Clean spacious bedroom with a large bathroom. The AC was great and kept the room comfortable. The Gym was okay. I just used 1 of the treadmills. It had 4 pieces of equipment. The Staff was great and the location was perfectly in the city of Richmond

Rooms need to be updated - shower rod was hanging out of the wall, cracks/dents/marks in walls, very old, small tv, beds need to be replaced. Some issue with the elevator to the 3rd floor but we were on the first floor. Staff was friendly.

Was on a business trip and just stayed one night. But it was a pretty good experience. Place was clean and cozy. Free breakfast was pretty good. But I received great service. My check out time was at 12 but i wasn't leaving town til 5pm and the staff allowed me to work in the breakfast area after breakfast ended. This was so nice and im so happy they accommodated me because they didn't have to. Would defiantly stay again.
