We had a great time at this hotel! I wish the breakfast hours were a little extended, but it was a decent meal. I think more thought goes into the presentation of the food items, than the food itself (could have been better, for sure.. but, it is complimentary!) The staff were very friendly and so were other guests! We had requested a crib in our room before we left for some errands and when we returned, a staff member had put the crib together in our room AND put his little fluffy bear in the crib so when we arrived, my kids were very excited over the cuteness! Our room was 99% clean! Some things get missed, I understand, but by the bathroom sink on the floor, there was a lipgloss cap, bobby-pin, and a chunk of fake lashes… Everything else, was fantastic!!!
