“Pretty basic guest house type hotel. Our room was nice and spacious with a jacuzzi bath which was good, it smelt of bleach when we arrived but we left the fan on which sorted that. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The floor was squeaky from the damp under the laminate but that is like many places in Brighton with the sea air. “The hotel was charged at £118. The stay was for one night and the listing stated free parking with a walking distance from the beach being within minutes. The hotel itself was ok but over priced for the room due to no decent tea cofee condements being available such as milk cartons which I thought was poor given the price. “Great location, staff was very friendly and cooked us a very tasty breakfast. Room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Street parking was very full so had to park one street away but promenade and restaurants are all within walking distance so no need to move the car after securing a spot.”
