The location is at perfect distance from the beach and its attractions. It is a safe and cheap alternative for solo travelers without sharing bedroom or bathroom. Very clean, nice view, and overall comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Brighton.

The hotel was conveniently located close to amenities. It was clean but tired in need of general upgrades like new mattresses and worn carpets. We travelled in mid September. The weather was warm and the fan only provided slight relief the rooms were warm. It was a charming little place and we would return.

Staff were fabulous and helpful, room was clean and as described but the heating was on when we went in the room. Turned the radiator off (it was August) but took ages to cool down room. Shutters were pretty but rubbish at blocking any light even though we followed directions. Great location and very comfortable stay.

Great location - very close proximity to Brighton Pier and all the shops/cafes/restaurants in Brighton City Centre. I also like the feel inside the place and would say the rooms are comfy & generally of good quality for an affordable price. Will stay again when back in Brighton.
