The room was beautiful, tastefully decorated and peaceful. It was spotlessly clean and I was glad to have a kettle and teabags provided. The guest house is a short distance from the seafront and is a good location to walk into the centre of Brighton. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Lovely room and comfortable bed. A little short on space but fine for our one night stay. Really appreciated being able to leave our cases at 12 after sending a request to do so and then found a company who would store them at a hotel for the following day.

This is a really great place to stay and in a great position. Newly renovated and very comfortable, great beds and good shower room. Very easy to get into the property using codes provided. Excellent value and close to the lanes and beaches. Great stay.

Brighton - 5 stars !

Excellent location for exploring Brighton. Fantastic accommodation, modern, clean tidy and well maintained. Highly recommend this location for anyone whether the stay be for one or two days or even longer. Looking forward to coming back

Loved our stay. Room was very comfortable, modern and clean. Small fridge was great addition, towels lovely and fresh. Bedding was lovely.Great location. Would struggle if you had any mobility problems as we were on 3rd floor. Only small issues. Would benefit from second bedside table. Hair under kettle and all but one of the milk sachets provided was off. Would definitely stay again

A hidden gem

The room was clean, the bed was really comfy, the pillows were plumpcious ( very hard to find in my experience), en suite was clean and shower was a good size. Wonderful experience all round, from the floor fan being on when we arrived to the personal note to enjoy our stay. I love Brighton and will now always check for a room here before anywhere else for any future visits.

Amazing accommodation

Absolutely fantastic! The apartment was lovely and clean, there was no oven and it would've been good to have a sheet with operating instructions for the stove for us Gen X'ers, but Danny answered to phone to explain everything and he provided an iron and ironing board too when I asked. I had a great time would love to stay again. Perhaps a table and chairs outside would be nice too.

I give this place a 10 because I have no complaints. None. It was clean, tidy, everything worked as it should, and it was great. I was born and raised in this neighborhood, and know it well. Lots of shops, cafe, coffee shops etc. Very easy to get around. I have no complaints whatsoever. We had a really nice two weeks here from the USA and would definitely choose it again.
