Property clean well kept! Staff is always professional and courteous, plus always very helpful!!
The room we were originally given had a really disagreeable smell to it. When explained to the front desk, they put us in another room and upgraded us to a suite, That room was so much better. Staff was helpful and friendly in the transition. The Happy Hour food selection was limited, likely due ...
Great property with easy access to Opryland hotel and Opry Mills. Very kind staff.
I love how friendly and helpful the front desk was. I needed to check in a day early and they made it easy to do so.
Stayed at the hotel during the ice/snowstorm in February 2021. Very quiet, clean hotel. Not happy with the fact that you have to pay for parking at the hotel you are staying at is ridiculous to me, especially when the hotel is not in a high traffic area where parking would be an issue.
The hotel is in great shape and very clean. The problem I had when I booked the hotel was they said they had a hot breakfast which they did not and also said they had a hot tub which they do but was closed due to covid 19 . The hotel should not advertise those if they are not going to have them. ...
Close to Medical Center and manu nearby restaurants. Easy to get to from the highway. Parking fee a bit high. Breakfast offering at $12.99 per person was ok or terrific deoending on how much you can eat in one sitting. Good coffee.
Very friendly staff, nice clean rooms, pool was clean
Very nice staff, very clean hotel & rooms. Comfortable bed & nice room amenities. Felt very comfortable staying here. Would recommend & stay again.
Beautiful Hotel in a great location. The room was spacious, clean and had a great view. Despise hotels that do not offer free Wi-fi especially ones that would be considered to be in the expensive side of the spectrum.
There was a disconnect between the hotel and hotels.com. I paid for everything prior to my arrival. I expected a simple check in. I arrive and the clerk says, the card declined. I provided my confirmation number and showed where the funds came out my banking account. Luckily, the manager was able ...
Great location. Staff was super nice. Beds were really firm like brand new. Room was clean. Some stains on the couch but who knows with the parties that happen in those rooms. Sad that pool was closed but that’s covid for you. $7 to park at the hotel, still cheaper than parking downtown. Overall ...
We stayed here for our Honeymoon. The hotel was beautiful but the front desk staff was a bit rude.
This place was amazing and for the price, you cannot beat this place! Will stay again
Desk staff was incredible. We opted for the Parlor Room for the same price as a standard and highly recommend it. Beware the $32 daily self parking though...That is ridiculous on top of a $40 resort fee.
Clean didn’t have musty smell. The lady up front was very friendly
Very nice, clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was excellent. I’ll stay here again for sure.
The staff was great especially Murray, he was extremely helpful and we appreciated that.
