Room deposit of $50 per room required (in cash only). No outside entrance. Only thru main doors. Food crumbs on the desk area. Toilet paper was empty. Bed skirt was torn on corner. Long hair under blanket. 2 pillows on 1 bed, 3 on the other. Neighbors were loud sound like fighting. No breakfast at all , was listed as grab and go. I was told coffee only, at 7am. By 710am, no sign of it so we left. Area was decent and close to restaurants. Free parking, air conditioning worked great.

You get what you pay for. Sleeping area and beds fine. Bathroom looks like it probably was not cleaned. There was hair from previous people in the shower and there was dirt on the bathroom floor. There was no breakfast, but there was free parking. Adequate for what we needed. This was advertised as a Super 8 so I expected more. Didn't really want to walk in the sink and bathroom areas without shoes. The sink faucet and shower faucet were loose. Good water pressure in the shower and good hot water.

Bugs in the hotel room Homeless sleeping in the hallways. Hot Tub does not work. The indoor pool was nice. Ok hotel for the price but would not bring children here. Need to handle the bug problem. Staff was nice. Oh there is no outdoor pool even though Expedia says there is one. No Breakfast. Sometimes they have coffee set out but that was all. Lots of blood by the back door by the pool that stayed there for my whole stay of 5 days. Not a very family friendly hotel mainly cause of the homeless. Some of them wasn’t to bad. But when they start knocking on your door at 2 am. That’s crazy

Start with positives: curtains closed properly, shower and tub looked new, comfortable beds and pillows, nice lobby, room doors open to hallway and not outside. Negatives: trash under one bed and behind table between beds, food particles in microwave, lightbulb out over the sink, tile floors needed a good sweeping, carpet needed good vacuuming, baseboard under the sink needed cleaned, moderate amount of noise, commode needed wiped down on the outside. I only stayed one night before an early morning flight. I don’t think I would stay there again because if their current cleaning practices continue it will become a dump.

The best part was the check in. I wish I got her name but the wonderful lady who checked me in was warm, accommodating, and fast. The hotel itself has more cons than pros, but knowing they have such a great staff combined with their prices being some of the best in the area means I will come back when my needs require an inexpensive place near BNA. Great hotel

Overall, this was a great hotel for the price. The main complaint we had was that the refrigerator in the room did not work well. We were only there for the weekend, so it wasn't a big deal. The pool was nice as was the hot tub. However, the first night, the hot tub wasn't working. We woud definitely stay here again though.
