Enjoyed the warm pool for my swim workout. Raj, Danielle, Laurie, Clair, and Lily were professional and friendly when we had door lock issues and valet charges that weren’t ours as well as understanding our flight plight because of the blizzard in New York. Lovely room, location, & staff. The lobby bar was closed, which was disappointing. The Barlines restaurant wasn’t great - mid-vibes, limited menu, uncomfortable table set up in the space. Overall a nice property and it’s attached to the country music hall of fame, so it would be good for tourists.
