Property was clean, the staff was alright. There is only valet parking which is a $30 a day charge upfront and the valet "staff" are always looking and urging for a tip each time they grab your car. It does take some time the valet aren't the fastest at grabbing the vehicles. You have to use a text message link to retrieve your vehicle but even then with the timer there isn't any urgency. There is breakfast offered from 7-9 m-f but you are in the front lobby and there isn't much room during that time. This place does offer a set of two washers and two dryers which are part of the gym area and are only accessable with your room key. They are quarter machines and you can get quarters at the front desk. As well they have a little store which you can buy essential including laundry items like detergent. The rooms were clean and big in size. They offer all the essentials needed for a kitchenette. They do provide free wifi but if you are staying pass the third floor it doesn't work. Overall good place to stay the average lyft cost to go to bridgestone arena cost us 8-10 dollars.
