The valet was the only issue with our stay, they lost my car! It took a hour to finally find it and we missed our dinner reservations.

The check-in process was quick and efficient. I was offered a Mother’s Say breakfast, which I opted for. Room was clean and spacious, bathroom was clean and well stocked. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Great property. Great design. Great staff. Will stay there more in the future.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating!! Room was very nice and great value.

Great location. Near restaurants and can walk around downtown. Only thing was the separate charge for valet parking. I would have liked the costs be part of their daily hotel rate rather than a separate charge for parking.

It was comforting and felt like home away from home. Loved the room design and was very spacious..Also the shower was one of a kind

My view was of a brick wall...literally a brick was also parking is not free very expensive and not easy to access

Location is perfect. Right next to the Galleria.

We usually use Club Quarters when we go to a Astros Game. The hotel is within walking distance. It’s clean and comfortable. The rooms are a little small but we only use the room to sleep. I will continue to book with Club Quarter !

I cannot even begin to explain how much I love this hotel. It's my third visit and if you are looking for a quiet, elegant, and off the beaten path location, this is your place. Property was decorated very well. Beautiful place Speed of service at the pool was awful, we were there on a monday so there were only a few people at the pool but it was very slow. Other than that I would go back again!
