One of my best hotel stays in a long time. Very clean and chic. Just my kind of place!
The room was quite and for the price I paid it exceeded my expectations
Amazing vanity mirrors. House keeping on site. Vending machines not over priced.
Great View of Downtown Houston!! The only bad was you had to tell them to come clean room other than that very pleased!
A less expensive place with top notch customer service. The free breakfast and kick back hour was great. I am a restaurant manager and to see the young lady checking on tables during the kick back was great. The woman serving the food and drinks was so awesome we tipped her for her work. Amazing ...
We were very happy staying in this hotel during the Uri storm. Electricity, heating, water, food were not interrupted. It was a lifesaver! The only thing that bothered me were the elevators. In the hotel building, the elevators often would not recognize our keycard. In the parking structure, one ...
Only thing is I booked the room specifically for the jetted tube and unfortunately the jets were not working but I enjoyed my stay overall. Will definitely book again.
electric outlets in bathroom were not working room 415
Loved the hotel. Very cute. They allowed my 7lb dog with no additional fee. Several of the amenities were closed due to covid. Will definitely go back covid restrictions are lifted.
Stay at this hotel often. Good points Generally Clean, close to airport, free shuttle, nice staff, generally safe area, close to freeways. Bad points No shuttle in early am hours, rooms show wear, bedding is torn, no blankets.
Very nice for the price. Will most likely stay here again.
Loved the hotel experience, wished the neighbors weren't so hostile with closing their doors. I also hope they will be serving breakfast/dinner again soon.
Friendly staff at check-in. Room was Ok. Bed was comfortable. The cable TV was very limited channels which is a bummer when you are there for 5 days. Showerhead was stuck. The fire alarm went off at 2am for no apparent reason. I stayed 5 days and mt trash in my room was never emptied. Even after ...
Could not get a receipt from hotel, they said Expedia would send one. Have not seen one yet. I need it for my expense.
Laundry Facility Onsite and discount at Denny's next to the hotel
Close to airport. Provided shuttle. Nice spacious room with clean comfortable bed.

Taking a trip to Houston? Bringing your furry friend along for the ride has never been easier with pet-friendly hotels in Houston. Many travelers, especially those traveling domestically, do not want to pay for expensive kennels or catteries. You'll enjoy your vacation even more with your feline or canine companion at your side. It can be common for resorts to accommodate this demand, especially now that you're booking with AARP Travel Center Powered by Expedia®.
When you and your pet get to Houston, you'll likely want to go exploring. After all, why would you bring them all the way to Houston just to keep them trapped in your room? If you're bringing your doggo with you, you can take them out to pet-friendly restaurants, stores, and dog parks. The front desk should be able to give you some ideas if you aren't sure about where to begin. And if your little critter needs to rest when you have plans, we can help you set up some pet-sitting and dog-walking services close by. There may even be a pet -sitter service available, so double-check when you book your reservations.
At AARP Travel, you'll learn that we give a broad spectrum of hotels that accommodate pets. Some of them do even more to make your stay with your pet enjoyable. Some hotels have amenities, like dog-walking services, pet food, gourmet treats, feeding stations, and cozy beds. So why should you stay in a pet-friendly hotel? Like traveling with young children, if your pet is happy and content then it is far easier for you to relax and enjoy yourself. High-end hotels may offer optional add-ons such as dog-walking, grooming or pet meals. So cancel the pet-sitter, pack the treats, and head off on your shared getaway.
