It’s clean and modern— staff was great and loved the room... we will definitely book again
Overall everything was good. The bathroom was a little small but overall good
I really liked the cleanliness of the room, and the bed was super comfortable. I also loved that the pool was open after 10 for adults only. The rest room in my room was also super clean but the toilet wasn’t flushing properly, we didn’t mention it to the front desk lady because we weren’t even in ...
We arrived and everything was good so far. The only thing I was upset that we never got room service even after we left the room and came back We had to go downstairs and ask for clean towels our selfs.
Located close to everything we wanted to be near, easily accessible and the staff was SUPER nice and accomodating! we'll stay here from now on
Very nice and clean property. Staff was kind and courteous and saw to any issue that I had in an efficient manner.
We were evacuated for hurricane Delta and needed a dog friendly place, I’m so glad we found this one! The staff here were very helpful and friendly, Even with all the pets around the place was clean and comfortable. The dog park was nice, I’ll definitely stay here again!
I loved it! I understand due to Coronavirus things were a bit different but everything was lovely. So many things close by !
Beautiful place, the view from the roof top/pool area was beautiful.
Stay at this hotel often. Good points Generally Clean, close to airport, free shuttle, nice staff, generally safe area, close to freeways. Bad points No shuttle in early am hours, rooms show wear, bedding is torn, no blankets.
Ir was amazing
From the moment I arrived Ms. Delphynna made me feel welcome. It was super clean and it was perfectly located. I stayed with a pet and it was a breeze. They do have a 100 hold for booking with a third party but give that back the next day. I’d stay here again for sure.
Rooms were clean, no breakfast because of the pandemic, but overall the staff is friendly
Could not get a receipt from hotel, they said Expedia would send one. Have not seen one yet. I need it for my expense.
The hotel is old it's comfortable service is nice they do accept dogs that's always a plus for me but if you're looking for a high-quality looking to this one is on the lower end
Place is clean but out dated. It was fine to just go and shower and sleep. While I understand about no food service because of the pandemic there should be more of an option than oatmeal in a package.
I liked the room, the view, the staff. I didnt like having to pay for a microwave but i loved all the snacks and drinks in the room
Everything was great! Very nice place to stay when visiting Texas!
Taking a trip to Houston? Bringing your furry friend along for the ride has never been easier with pet-friendly hotels in Houston. Many travelers, especially those traveling domestically, do not want to pay for expensive kennels or catteries. You'll enjoy your vacation even more with your feline or canine companion at your side. It can be common for resorts to accommodate this demand, especially now that you're booking with AARP Travel Center Powered by Expedia®.
When you and your pet get to Houston, you'll likely want to go exploring. After all, why would you bring them all the way to Houston just to keep them trapped in your room? If you're bringing your doggo with you, you can take them out to pet-friendly restaurants, stores, and dog parks. The front desk should be able to give you some ideas if you aren't sure about where to begin. And if your little critter needs to rest when you have plans, we can help you set up some pet-sitting and dog-walking services close by. There may even be a pet -sitter service available, so double-check when you book your reservations.
At AARP Travel, you'll learn that we give a broad spectrum of hotels that accommodate pets. Some of them do even more to make your stay with your pet enjoyable. Some hotels have amenities, like dog-walking services, pet food, gourmet treats, feeding stations, and cozy beds. So why should you stay in a pet-friendly hotel? Like traveling with young children, if your pet is happy and content then it is far easier for you to relax and enjoy yourself. High-end hotels may offer optional add-ons such as dog-walking, grooming or pet meals. So cancel the pet-sitter, pack the treats, and head off on your shared getaway.
