I like that we had a view, did not like the elevators but other than that I enjoyed my stay. My kids really enjoyed it.
Good Place Real Nice Peaceful Right The Center Of Houston The Patio My FAVORITE
Due Covid breakfast was not served. Hotel is older and lightly maintained on exterior. Balcony Doors are ancient and squeaky. Rooms were clean. Everything worked. Convenient to med center and museum district.
We were miss quoted on the room rate. We had no water and were not offered bottled water or a refund or discount. Did not even apologize for no water. Loud tennants after midnight, desk clerk do not seem concerned that we were wakened by the loud noise.
The bed was horrible, it was too high and way too hard. The room they gave me was not finished being cleaned so I had to wait and I’m not really sure if the sheets were changed to be honest on one of the beds.
Coffee maker didn’t work. No facial tissue in dispenser. Check person didn’t show in the morning.
its closer to the medical center. really easy to drive around.
Only problem was our check in we had ordered and paid for 3 nights for a room with two double queen beds but was told that they didn’t have any available they only had one king size bed. I was offered to upgrade to a two double queen beds the next day but there was an additional charge for that. ...
Liked everything. There was nothing that I did not like
The check in took to long. The water took like 15mins to get hot. The cable was limited to like maybe 7 channels . The phones didn’t work.
