This was my husband's and my second time staying at the Yelm. It is always clean inside and out. The breakfast is great. They actually have a hot breakfast. My only suggestion would be to add a waffle option. However, the biscuits are absolutely delicious. It is such a convenient location. We are foodies. So, having several food options around was a huge bonus.

I liked the fact that we were less then 10 min from MD Andersen Cancer Center. The room was very clean, spacious and the bed was super comfortable. They had a nice breakfast that I didn't get to enjoy because of our appointment time. All in all a restful stay.

Easy access to MD Anderson. They also provide free uber for patients and their families to and from their bldg to MD Anderson. Convienent...next to shops. Clean, simple, comfortable. I made use of laundry, gym, ice machine, and breakfasts. Nothing is fancy, but it is very affordable, clean, simple, well-lit and we felt safe. Great customer service & has its own unique look.
