“We love this place. It has charging for our electric vehicle which suits us nicely. The staff are exceedingly helpful; the rooms well appointed with lovely soft pillows and very clean bathrooms. We had a room with a separate lounge this time which was a treat. The restaurant is also very special and the breakfast delicious. The property is near the road so there is some traffic noise but this wasn’t significant enough to worry about, Ripon is an interesting place to walk around too so don’t miss...

“We had a very comfortable stay. The room was very clean, the breakfast made to your order with additional cereal and juice available. The staff were very friendly and concerned about our needs. Car parking was provided at the back. The location was within walking distance from the town centre pubs and restaurant as well as next to a big Tesco. Perhaps the TV was a tad small. ”

“From arriving to leaving Catherine was the best hostess ever. Most helpful with tips re where we could get a good evening meal and short cuts to the park and ride. Choices for breakfast were excellent although we just opted for cereal, yogurt and toast. Rooms are first class. I had a great nights sleep. First class rooms and I will certainly recommend.
