Excellent amenities and quick and efficient check in. Quiet and clean room. Accommodated my breakfast needs.
Everything was great, except the wall paint that was falling off at 1 partoof the room. Had to be carefull not to get my clothes messed up
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean.
Great location for seeing Hamilton in the theatre. Clean bedroom and friendly receptionIt’s. However downside was breakfast It was so basic - didn’t bother with it on the second day - hotel shouldn’t bother offering this.
Great location, friendly staff and solid value. I would highly recommend.
Clean room & comfortable bed . Lovely breakfast . Staff are friendly & helpful .
Quite loud with the tube station outside the window. Tiny stairs (if you have a suitcase good luck). Also had trouble claiming this back for work expenses as the receipt provided wasn't accepted.
Just exceptional, clean, tidy, good customer service and great breakfast to fuel your day,, I stay here as often as I can during work in London. Would highly recommended.
Situated close to restaurants and the underground. Rooms small but this want I expect in down town London. Staff helpful . only stayed one night but I would go back
The room was very small, mattress not the best and internet choppy.
Visiting family and fitting in a show and some shopping, my daughter and I stayed at Iolanthe just before Christmas. Rosy was a superb host and made sure everything was perfect. Little touches in the room, such as real coffee and mini stollen, lovely bedding and fabrics, made our weekend even better. ...
Very clean and decent hotel. Receptionist is fantastic. Best so far
