Great convenient hotel.

Easy to find around 15 mins walk from the tube station, was staying the night before an early flight so just what I was looking for. Checking was fast and friendly, room nice and clean with everything you need. Great value for money and perfect for that was needed and will definitely be staying here again next time I have an early Heathrow flight. Wish I hadn't eaten prior as the street food availabe on the walk to the hotel looked lovely.

When I went on your website one of the filter criteria was 'breakfast included' hence I chose this hotel. There were even photos included showing breakfast foodstuff. However, the rather surly (male) receptionist was adamant that breakfast wasn't included. I asked if we could purchase breakfast in the hotel only to be informed that they don't have the facilities!! (despite photos to the contrary. The wallpaper in the bedroom (which was small) was peeling off, the fan was on a chair (no room for it to go anywhere else!) and the TV didn't work. I could go on about this hotel but I think you get the gist.

Nothing to complaint about this stay. Room was small but cozy, comfy and had my own shower tub. Staff was helpful and responded promptly to an email query. Location was busy and a bit noisy but my room was on the other end, which means I wasn't so affected by the noise as possibly other rooms. The only thing which would deserve a comment is that a building with so many floors deserved a lift for those who carry heavy luggage

The staff was good but room was so small and bed is not comfortable billow was too big not able to sleep as soon as in bed start itching very bad experience in terms of sleep also shower is very bed as well I asked for towel not given even no phone in room to ask for anything you have to go downstairs in reception to get this also after 12am or 2am you have to call them to open the door for you if you want to come late which is very bad this hotel based on my opinion not worth no more then £35 per night
