The rooms are lovely, comfortable and very clean and the extra touches (tea/coffee facilities and cold milk in the fridge) are thoughtful and very appreciated. The breakfast is delicious and very thoughtful. I thought £7 for 2 slices of sourdough bread and £5 for a bottle of water to take to my room was a bit excessive!”

I knew from the pictures not to expect luxury but it was less attractive in person. The building had the feel of an old roadside motel and I would not have felt safe or secure there if I had been traveling alone. “Great location - walking distance to town centre for shops and restaurants and cafes - short drive to beach. Had a takeaway from the Thai restaurant - very good Accommodation was very comfortable and hosts very friendly. Breakfast was put out for us to help ourselves in the pottery shop each morning and was a good start to the day with fresh fruit and croissants. Reliable WiFi we were able to watch Wimbledon with no problems. All in all a delightful stay and would definitely stay again.”
