These owners were very considerate of guests. The hotel building is older but our room was freshly painted and the bathroom was newly remodeled. I'm not sure why they named it the spa hotel. We didn't see anything relating to a spa there. Maybe it's a historic spa town?

Comfortable , clean hotel , near to the beach

This is a basic hotel but the room with en-suite bathroom ,the hotel, the breakfast everything was very good and the bed was very comfortable!Theproprietor was excellent in attempting to make us comfortable in every way.We are an older couple .My husband is disabled and he was so caring and helpful to us to make things as easy for us as he could.Always there to lift and carry things for us.The location is perfect so close to the beach and nature.

Cheap and cheerful family run hotel, good position, quiet. Comfortable room, friendly owner. No prizes for breakfast, we only tried on first morning.

Good stay in Boscombe

Our one-night stay at Boscombe Spa Hotel was comfortable and convenient. The room was clean, and the service was friendly and efficient. We appreciated the amenities, including tea/coffee facilities with a kettle towels and soap dispensers (shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap). On check in we were offered breakfast, which we declined. Although we weren't sure if there was an additional charge, the gesture was appreciated. A couple of minor observations: the signage on the outside of the building could use some attention, as the lettering was partially fallen off. Additionally, parking spaces seemed limited, but we managed to find a spot without issue. Overall, a pleasant stay with no major concerns. Would consider returning for a short stay again.

Excellent value, new management as of 2023.

Very good value, well equipped room and Raj was a very pleasant host. We stayed in the family room with the double bunk. The hotel had been recently decorated. We found it clean and had no issues. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Me and my friend stayed. Was nice just to sleep wouldn’t stay in the room for a romantic trip but was a bed to sleep in. Host was lovely. Comfy bed. Good for the price!

Excellent location to O2, beach and town centre Lovely lady on reception Property needs an overhaul - very tired and awful decor - feels more like student flats and room absolutely tiny ! Parking great and didn’t try the breakfast - all in all good value for money but don’t book if you like a bit of luxury - this is a functional hotel to get your head down for the night

Well overpriced

Check in was ok, room was small, only one chair, one mains socket was broken, nobody on site to serve at the bar (eventually I served myself), sink not big enough to fit the kettle in, had to operate the kettle on the floor as the mains lead was not long enough, the wardrobe door did not open as it was too close to the chest of drawers, no fridge, breakfast was £21 and they did not serve anything cooked.

Nice enough place. Could've found better in the area. Heating was limited. Was offered a heater on check in but declined. Wasn't expecting literally no heating til 5pm next evening. No heating in bathroom. Towels were old and barely even covered an adult male. Good TV. Crap curtains. Ok bed. Wouldn't stay again.
