“No staff to be seen”

“Building site, semi naked men drinking and lighting bonfires in the car park, litter everywhere! After waiting nearly 2hrs in 30° heat to get in our room, we booked elsewhere”

“First of all, there was no staff or anyone to welcome you. We reserved a room with a private bath, and when we arrived we had been assigned a different room with no private bathroom. The shared bathroom available was filthy and the linoleum was coming off the floor. The bedroom was dirty as well and the beds were like cots, horrible mattresses. We tried to reach property owner with no avail. They never responded to any of our inquiries. Within 15 mins, we booked a room at local hotel and left...

“I paid £26 for the night, and felt like I overpaid. Advertisement pictures are false. Maybe that room looked like this, once. Not any more. Stains on the walls, stank of cigarettes. Bed looked like it's been slept in already. No towels provided. There was a kettle and some tea in the room, but no cups to make it in. Shared toilet and bathroom, dirty, no soap, no shampoo. “Lovely Garden room. Rather bijou and a particularly small bathroom. I was concerned about noise from the restaurant but it was fine (we were on 1st floor). Luxury bedsheets and duvet and decent aircon. Staff all lovely. Breakfast was fine. I had salmon and scrambled eggs on the first morning. The salmon was pretty tasteless and the eggs were dry - very disappointing and not expected from this establishment. Next morning I had smashed avocado and poached eggs which were nicer, but not...
