We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Balcony was perfect to watch the cruise ships leaving. Staff were so helpful and professional. The hotel is pristine! There was a wedding when we were there and as an onlooker it seems perfect. The grounds are so good for photos. We will definitely use the Leonardo Grand to stay before our next cruise.

We stayed for two nights and had a great experience overall. The hotel is in a great location, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the food was delicious. Our only disappointment was that the pool was closed during our stay. Other than that, we would like to come back!

Front staff were great. Gave us a local. Lots of shopping etc near by. We were waiting to find out about getting an Uber to the cruise port and valet workers told us that Uber us hard to get. Suggested using their taxi service which was quicker (5 cruise ships docked) and actually cheaper. Would definitely stay there again
