A fantastic location right opposite the magnificent Salisbury Cathedral. Great being able to park too (but parking is very limited and tight spaces). A lovely breakfast and very friendly staff.

Parking the car after 5pm was fine as some spaces available and no additional cost. The building itself faces the stunning cathedral with soaring spire. We had a room on the third floor that overlooked the roof tops and spire of the cathedral, simply stunning. Plentiful supply of tea and coffee sachets in the room which was really useful appreciated. Bathroom with shower functional. No tv in room but no matter. Breakfast plentiful with cooked, yogurts, fruit, toast etc. There is a lift but we did not use it. The building itself is very interesting. as is Salisbury and all walkable.

I’ve been staying for one night or more for the last ten years. I mostly stay in the ‘basic’ single rooms. A bed, floor to ceiling cupboard, a sink, desk/chair, tea/coffee stuff, and an easy chair to relax on. The toilet and shower room are both within close proximity. These rooms are set up for people staying for courses so are pretty comfy really. Breakfast is included in the price and is self-serve buffet. Either a cooked meal, pastries, juices, fruit, yoghurt, toast, and sometimes porridge. Eat what you like or stuff yourself well to last a few hours for a busy day out. The staff are always friendly so be nice and give them a smile. Say hallo to the kitchen staff too as they’re busy topping everything up, etc.

Stayed in a basic single room, not en-suite but it was clean, quiet and comfy. Bathroom etc all fine, towels/shower gel provided. Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast a nice selection of options. Good value accommodation in a great peaceful location, very handy for the city centre & directly opposite the cathedral.

It's a nice feeling to be inside a college dorm and inside the Cathedral Close. The location is perfect. Our room was big with a bow window, but the curtains were not black out drapes. Breakfast was good and the parking on site was very convenient. The corridor was a little noisy when other guest talked at night or in the morning, but there were few of them. Overall, a great experience.
