Fort Hamilton Vacation Packages for 2026

The staff was amazing. It is a historic property but is decorated tastefully. Only problem was we had only one mirror ( bathroom mirror over the sink). A second mirror would have been helpful. The blow dryer was pretty small also. All in all, location was perfect.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM - STAY AWAY.I booked my reservation and showed up at the "hotel," which appears to be a commercial office building. There was no one at the front desk and no indication it was even a hotel. There was an iPad at the front desk that instructed guests to enter reservation information, which I did, and gave a phone number to call. I called the phone number, which was an offshore call center - the woman on the line said I needed to pay an additional "service fee" to receive a code to access my room. This is totally UNETHICAL. I was so exhausted that against my better judgement I gave her my credit card information to get the "link" to access the room. Of course the link did not work, and I was not able to access the room, or any others. The woman gave me some other numbers to call, which of course didn't work. I never got my room, and I never saw a single person there who appeared to work at the "hotel" (empty office building), At the end I left, and called my bank to cancel my card - THIS IS A UNETHICAL OPERATION AND EXPEDIA SHOULD HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM - i have filed a Financial Fraud Complaint with the NY State Attorney General - THIS PLACE IS A SCAM STAY AWAY.

A good budget hotel in the lower east side. Clean, functional and effective as a DIY hotel. The roof top terrace views are a bonus. There are shops and a variety of bars to suit all tastes closely with good subway links. A good value - no frills -out of Manhattan choice. Some problems with payment which took 4 days to resolve. I seemed to be the only one concerned about it. Otherwise an enjoyable stay. Worth noting they will only look after luggage for a few hours on your last day. It probably depends on staffing.
