I stayed 3 nights and the hotel was everything I needed for the stay as I wanted to be in Midtown, somewhat close to Central Park. There was more Times Square spillover into the area than I expected, which wasn't ideal; if you're looking to avoid that, I would consider looking at another hotel. Otherwise, I would recommend!

It is a beautiful property located just a few blocks from Time Square and Central Park. The staff and hotel features were very good. The rooms were even normal sized and not "New York City small." The breakfast buffet was very good. The price is a little high, but for our visit we got a credit each day equal to one guest, so that helped significantly. The only issue was that we visited during an extreme heat wave (100+ degrees for several days) and the air conditioning on the upper floors (we were on 23) had trouble keeping up. We had to request a box fan from the front desk, which helped a lot.

Decent location to stay at . At close proximity to central park, time square and Manhattan area. If you plan to venture out the subway staion is near by . You can also catch a taxi/ car servicies that can be found outside of the hotel.. i like that they give a complimentary 35 doller a day per room tht you can use at their cafe/ bar/ restaurante. Only negative review i have of this place is the staff at that restaurant are rude. And always ssem angry: no type of customer sevice at all soecially the two bald guys.

The building is nice and presentable. Waiting in the 4pm line to check in was ridiculous. While everyone is waiting to check in why are both the restaurants closed? Losing opportunity to make money. Rooms need to be dusted everywhere and cleaned under bed but acceptable enough. No bathroom also as you wait to check in - taking over 1 hr. Not horrible but expected better. Bed was comfortable.

The room was clean but the fridge did not stay closed so I couldn’t keep my water and drinks cold or my left over food. They didn’t have wash cloths most of the time. The hotel is situated at a great location in Times Square. The building is old therefore most of the times the elevators are not working. We had to take stairs to come down because the elevators were not working or it was just taking too long to get to the floor. Rooms are small. Beds in the room are small, just for one person. In Expedia it is advertised as double bed but it’s actually a twin bed size. Just sleeping for one person only. Will not recommend it for a family vacation.

The location of the hotel was good. Staff was helpful. Requested a refrigerator for the room and that was delivered promptly. Had to wait long for The elevators at times and sometimes the people and luggage were more than the elevator could handle. The towels were past their replacement lifespan and that was a big turn off. The room seem small and could’ve been more spacious. In all the hotel floor that I stayed on could use a bit of refreshing. Good thing the stay was just 2 nights. Not the standard I am used to for a Sheraton.

The hotel is in an excellent location, which is the main reason we chose to stay here again. This was our second time at the property, but unfortunately it was a very disappointing visit. The main problems were with housekeeping and overall service. Our room was not serviced daily even after we requested it, we were told the hotel was out of washcloths, and the shower curtain had an unpleasant smell. The hotel also felt understaffed, which showed in the service, as the waitstaff often seemed rushed, stressed, and at times rude. While the front desk staff was pleasant at check-in, that changed when I called to speak with a manager. The night shift manager was extremely rude, unhelpful, and hung up on me mid-conversation, which was very unprofessional. Overall, this stay was a huge contrast from our previous visit. The location is the only real positive if you want to be in Times Square, but based on this experience, I don’t think we would return.

They charge $6 per bag to hold them when you check out in morn if you still have the day to spend in the city. I’ve never had to pay for that at any hotel I’ve stayed at before. They also charge $38 a day for their “fee”. They do offer a $35 credit a day for food or drink to off set that I guess. We decided to get Starbucks the next morning to use the credit and waited almost 45 minutes for our order to only be incorrect. The lattes we ordered had no flavor and the chia was very off. Complete waste of time and the credit. Air conditioner wasn’t cooling efficiently. They did send someone up very quickly. He was able to get the room a little cooler and we got a fan brought to room . Room was clean and comfortable. Mattresses were a bit too soft for my liking but I know some would love it.
