“On check in I had to wait until the room was ready but at least 5 couples checked in before me. They could have let me know when the room was ready instead I had to que up again. Other thank that all good clean hotel nice staff.”

“Lovely building but service is poor and the food/breakfast is terrible. Cleaning not great either. We stayed in a room with multiple power cable extension leads/plugs Daisy chained across the floor… no way this is legal in UK. ”

“We enjoyed our two night stay at the Indigo in Chester very much. Spotlessly clean and comfortable room though a little short on storage and no useable bedside tables. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the staff pleasant and friendly and the services very good. We took our evening meals in the Forge Restaurant within the hotel where we enjoyed fine food efficiently served. A special thank you to Steph who took such good care of us. “La habitación estaba sucia, el baño también, no servía el teléfono, no limpiaban la habitación. Pedí todos los días que repararan el teléfono y en mis 3 días de estancia, no repararon nada, por lo tanto, si necesitabas limpieza o shampoo o algo, tenías que ir directamente al escritorio a pedirlo, aunque no harían caso ya que solo lo escribían y no hacían nada. De los peores hoteles de esta cadena que regularmente son muy buenos hoteles.”

“Nos dieron cuartos viejos con colchones del siglo pasado, olían a caño y se les metía el frío y el ruido, hay una sección que se ve nueva y nos dieron la peor por coincidencia? Porque creen que los mexicanos traemos plumas o porque como vienes con hotels.com ya no puedes hacer nada”
