“We loved our stay at the shepherds hut. It was cute and cosy and led to a very relaxing few days. The bed was comfortable, we had everything we could possibly need and I am still dreaming about the shower! Our dog enjoyed the enclosed field and being able to explore and listening to the owls and donkeys while chilling out in the hot tub is an experience we won’t forget. Would also recommend picking up a pizza from ganache in Holsworthy if you’re planning to stay here!”

“Wonderful stay. Clean and with all the amenities you need. Great location. Privacy. Lovely pub with great food, super friendly. Had a small issue so we called Jonny who answered on the 2nd ring, talked us through the solution, and then gave us some tips on things to do. Great service. Highly recommend and we’ll be back in the autumn.”

“I was away for work and my fiancees nan had passed away the day before my travel so she joined me for a few days on this trip. The first evening was lovely and sunny and we went and watched the sunset and had tea out, when returning to the cabin we found the other cabins were now hosting guests. We had a nice evening and went to sleep, we were then woken at 5am by the most horrific argument we had ever heard that went on for a full 90 minutes between the crack heads that had booked the other two...

“Excellent stay. Trevor met us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. The hut was super cosy and amazingly clean. We had everything we needed for an offthe beaten track stay. Trevor even booked a table at a local pub and arranged a bottle of fizz for us at my request for my other halfs birthday. The surroundings and views were beautiful and there were great walks in the area too. We felt very secluded and private.”

“Avoid if the caravan is owned privately. We stayed her last year and had a great time, with all facilities passes included in the price. This year we upgraded for a hot tub, but the experience was very poor as the owner is not the venue itself. No passes provided, so no access to some bars and any evening entertainment. Hot tub did not work. Owner made no effort to resolve. Wifi did not work. Owner made no effort to resolve. Cutlery and cheese grater in drawers found to be dirty....

“This was the best caravan that we’ve ever stayed in,it had all the amenities you get at home,dishwasher,fridge freezer,big tv was superb,with loads of channels,we had a problem where the gas bottle ran out,which was replaced immediately the morning after,the owner was a pleasure to deal with,and if we stay in that area,we will definitely stay there again”

“The property had everything we needed for our break. Warm and comfortable and the hot tub was perfect! Great location for visiting Suffolk, we visited Southwold, Aldeburgh and the town of Halesworth which has plenty of cafes and pubs. Would definitely recommend.”

“The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. ”
