I will the property is beautiful and in amazing location. Walkable area amazing views several restaurants, however I do feel as though the rooms could be more up to date. The tub had a stain maybe from a mat and room was a little dated but outside of that it was clean. The hotel was amazing if they have updated rooms I would stay their again

The tower hotel was excellent for not only the location and because of the food trucks and bar area outside. The rooms were clean and safe. They were in the model of a renovation so I can’t say the rooms were excellent. I did also appreciate the free WiFi.

Good place to stay if you want a room with a good view of Tower Bridge and want to be in the heart of a bustling tourist area. We enjoyed our stay and particularly liked the St. Katherine Docks area beside the hotel. The menu at the Vicinity restaurant in the hotel is extremely limited and the only meal we found to be good was the fish and chips. The room was clean and comfortable and shower was good.

It is a nice place to stay but the AC doesn’t really get cold and it’s a large place so it didn’t really feel personal. The location is great and the room was kept very clean. Overall I would say there again.

Great check in service. I contacted the hotel before my stay to explain I was visiting for a special occasion. They provided lots of extra touches to make our experience fantastic. Definitely will be returning. You must stay in the rooms facing the bridge. WOW!

Hotel is a great location. Easy walk to things to see and close to subway station. Room was clean and good sized. WiFi was excellent. Everything was great except we came during a heat wave in the summer and the rooms have no A/C. The staff did provide fans for the room but, windows only opened a few inches and did not allow enough air in. Sleeping at night was a little uncomfortable because of the heat.

One of the nicest locations near Tower Bridge and view from room is so nice. Easy connection to trains and bus services. Nice restaurant and outside food market nearby gives good food options and pass time
