It is a nice place to stay but the AC doesn’t really get cold and it’s a large place so it didn’t really feel personal. The location is great and the room was kept very clean. Overall I would say there again.

The staff were very obliging, friendly and professional, including the guys on the concealer desk you Kept a lift open and empty for my wife and I as my wife was in a wheelchair a little bit of extra help goes a long way after a long day of travelling via train and underground pushing a wheelchair with your wife and your baggage on thank you so much for the cons and all the staff 100% professional

Rooms are clean with a view of Tower Bridge. Lots of food options nearby and you don't need to walk far for the nearest Tesco. Staff are outstanding. During my stay where the whole building is out of AC the staff provided us with portable Ac in the room. Breakfast is great and there's a lot of options everyday. Would stay again.

The facade of this hotel looks terrible. The inside is quite comfortable. With all the necessary items (A/C, outlets, USB, towels, amenities, etc.) one needs while traveling. Very pleasant stay in this hotel!

The Tower Bridge and Tower of London are literally right out the door, both being just a few steps away. The breakfast was also particularly good -- lots of options, authentically British, ample seating, and choices for all preferences. We ate here a total of three times, and looked forward to each. This hotel is in a great location, the views are amazing but the hotel is very tired once you get past the reception area. The reception area is very chaotic, the staff didn't explain anything about the hotel. I was left to Google check out. The bedrooms are clean but very outdated, no plug sockets near the beds and a shower curtain over the bath, I think the location makes up for alot but it's expensive for what you get

The hotel and location were great! Only negative thing is that they have no AC in the rooms and with the heat it gets VERY VERY hot they do give you one little fan for the room IF you ask for it. Also you have to keep your blinds closed for the room to maintain a “cool temp” I tried looking everywhere to see if they mention no AC and had no luck.

Property had a beautiful view of the tower bridge and short walk to the tower of London. Rooms are outdated and need an upgrade. A/C was non existent. Very hot temps In London. Good breakfast buffet.
