“Lovely building but service is poor and the food/breakfast is terrible. Cleaning not great either. We stayed in a room with multiple power cable extension leads/plugs Daisy chained across the floor… no way this is legal in UK. ”

“We booked the suite which was a beautiful room but the toilet was very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned properly. We arrived just before nine and wasn’t able to get any food not even bar snacks which was a bit frustrating. The changing rooms for the spa need upgrading and a deep clean but all the staff were lovely.”
