A number of things are not transparent. 1) yes pets allowed but they cannot stay in trailer unaccompanied. 2) riverview trailers are on the side of the foot path that abuts a retaining wall for a road. The window view from the bedroom is a retaining wall. To see the river, you are looking across the walking path and through the sitting area of those who have the “vista” view. Pay the extra $ for the river experience and less traffic noise. 3) address is incorrect. It is 125 Amberglow . We never saw the Autocamp sign from the direction we drive in from. 4) maybe this is obvious to others, but we did not realize we would be parking quite a distance from our trailer. There are little carts to haul your things, but it is quite a distance. Having said all this, the staff could not have been more helpful in making our stay what we desired.

We stayed in the carriage house and it was my mom’s favorite part of our trip to Ashville! We had the whole house to ourselves as no other visitors had booked during this one night stay. Breakfast in the dining room was fantastic. Just what you needed. Hard boiled eggs, bagels @ cream cheese, juice, homemade granola, yogurt, coffee! All delicious. So fun to read all of the history of the Cedar Crest. We came from Northern California and knew very little about this area. This was our first night of our stay in Ashville and couldn’t have imagined a better stay.
