Our room had a view of the parking lot, VERY CLOSE to the window. Property is very dated and we were given a wheel chair accessible room which I didn’t request or need and it was not clean. The floors were dirty and there is a vent in the bathroom that was really nasty. The staff was great though and the location is very nice.

The grounds and common areas are very nice. People are nice! Timberlake’s restaurant is very good. The WiFi and cellular data was spotty and the hvac unit was very loud. The walls are thin and we had loud neighbors but nothing much can be done about that.

Property was beautiful, was hoping for a more quiet stay. There were a lot of family’s with young kids. The facility was very clean and comfortable. We did take advantage of the spa which was relaxing but located outside the pool area which had alot of kids. Great stay for families not so much couples looking for quiet.

I took a girls’ trip to this resort with my 5 year old daughter and we both had the best time. The staff is so friendly and helpful. My daughter loved the pool and the playground and the beach area at the lake. The room was comfortable and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. We hope to return soon!
