Hotel staff were as nice as they could be. Room felt safe and was comfortable. It was very convent and close to Boone - making it an affordable option when visiting App State. Breakfast was typical. Coffee in the lobby. Small but adequate fitness center. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Pool was big (not yet open when I visited). There is no elevator and steps were slippery in the rain. Room doors open to the outside. All in all, great value for the price.

Great snow ski trip stay.

Nice clean room that has been remodeled and updated. Beds were comfortable but the pillows not so much. The front staff were polite and helpful. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
