"We stay here once a year. We like the location near all the tourist attractions. We also like the amenities that include beach access and beach bar. The property is older and is in need of upgrades but our room was clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We especially want to thank Eddie with maintenance for helping us retrieve a phone we thought we lost in the hot tub area. "

"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "
