We had only one problem. We arrived at night. Our GPS took us past the entrance. Once we found the entrance, we were unable to find our accommodation, and had to ask for a guide to take us there. It's a wonderful place, but if you go there at night and don't know the layout, you'll get lost!

They supplied hairdryer, shampoo, cream rinse, bath soap, coffee which was nice after flying in. It was a comfortable, spacious apartment. Much better than booking at a hotel.

Thé Heid was Bright .. Clean .. Modern ... Cozy .. It felt just like being home !!! I would stay at the Heid A Million Times Over !! I had everything I needed :-)))))

The property was very nice, however the sofa bed mattress was not comfortable for the kids and should be replace. Out dated.
