Nice, clean, hotel, appears to have been recently remodeled, good wifi, some rooms include fridge and microwave. Fairly central location, many restaurants nearby, frequent transportation at corner. Great price!

Backup plan when our 1st choice decided to overbook their rooms. Price wasn't terrible considering it was last minute. Location looked like a fortress with barbed wire and metal entry gate. No microwave, no fridge and oddly no bedside lamps. Literally just a bed with a TV. Water pressure wasn't great. Loud neighbors. While I probably wouldn't stay here again, it did the job and the check-in attendant got through the process very fast.

Parking was secure, need a key card to get in. The bed was hard as a rock and thats how I like it. The TV size was great but the remote did not work. Turns out the remote was locked and couldn’t be corrected during stay. The room is huge and really needs a love seat, a couple of chairs or a dining set. Currently the only chair, singular, is a cheap stackable that is very uncomfortable but makes a great A/C deflector since the one on the unit is missing. The room has a unique smell, likely the result of existing for 50+ years and the days when people smoked in the rooms. Would stay here again.

Gated parking was nice because of the neighborhood it's in. $50 cash deposit was NOT listed in the Expedia listing. Located close to GCU campus. Price was reasonable for a bed and shower.

The check-in process is a bit awkward. Have to do it thigh a night window even when it’s not late at night. Rooms are behind a gate, so you have to swipe your card to open the gate. That was not explained at checkin. Wi-Fi password was not mentioned and had to call to get it. Several loud conversations after midnight. I’m not sure how common that is. The rook itself was clean and seems like it was recently renovated.

The hotel was fairly clean. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The hotel is in a rough part of town, with razor wire on top of fences surrounding the property and a gate to enter the parking lot. The front desk personnel were nice, but we arrived late and had a security guard check us in wearing tactical gear. Definitely a bit unsettling. The lonny was closed so we had to wait outside for our ride the next day, which felt a bit unsafe. Definitely not somewhere to stay with kids.

Excellent Front Desk Service

Though the room itself was dated, the circular toilet seat did not match the oval toilet, and the floors screeched what made my stay pleasant was the woman at the front desk the evenings. She was extremely helpful, very friendly, and all around a very pleasant woman to interact with, i did not catch her name and wish i would have.

The look of the room was OK but the closer I looked more things were dirty. The pillows had stains on them and they start hiding underneath the comforter. It looked like it fell from the ceiling. The whole complex is filled with hookers. But it was comfortable enough for one day. Only thing that was good was the price and the water is hot. The day after we checked out, their system went down, a third-party system where they use it for money transactions. The manager is very much angry about this and gave everyone including me an attitude.
