“I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your property, which is advertised as a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, my experience fell significantly below even basic expectations and did not reflect the standards associated with such a rating (3 stars or less) The overall condition of the room was extremely poor and clearly neglected. The bathroom was particularly concerning: the shower curtain was visibly moldy, creating both an unpleasant and unhygienic environment....

“We stayed here for two nights for a long weekend in Queenstown and it was just perfect. We maintained cosy rooms, good location just a few minutes walk from the city, awesome mountain and lake view and friendly, efficient staff. Would happily stay here again.”

“Excelente hotel y vista al lago. La pileta la ofrecen como lugar de descanso y zona de spa. Pero permiten el acceso a familias con niños, que estos corran, griten, naden. Lo que transforma al lugar en una pileta familiar y no de descanso y relajacion. Ademas de que no esta incluido en el precio, y uno debe pagar un extra para el acceso. Mala informacion al respecto de ese tema. Y mal dirigido por el hotel.”
