The warm from all staff members was just unbelievable. The property was very clean. From getting us a taxi to locate the best walking restaurant. Hold the elevator for us to get on , the little kindness goes a long way. I definitely will come back again and recommend the hotel to friends and family.

This hotel was just okay, not great, but not bad either. The location was good for us as it was super close to the airport and we had a very early morning flight out of ZQN. We had a couple of rooms booked for our family but ended up having to ask reception to switch one of the rooms because it smelled really funky. Otherwise the stay was just fine. VIP rewards perk was a cookie and a drink from the little market in the lobby. Nice receptionist!
