The location was very convenient to catch the Info & Snow bus to The Remarkables. The local bus stop was also a short walk so it was easy to get to Queenstown. However, the best part was the views of the Remarkables.

The warm from all staff members was just unbelievable. The property was very clean. From getting us a taxi to locate the best walking restaurant. This hotel was just okay, not great, but not bad either. The location was good for us as it was super close to the airport and we had a very early morning flight out of ZQN. We had a couple of rooms booked for our family but ended up having to ask reception to switch one of the rooms because it smelled really funky. Otherwise the stay was just fine. VIP rewards perk was a cookie and a drink from the little market in the lobby. Nice receptionist!

I highly recommend this place. Everything was great from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. A special thank you to the person at reception, who was incredibly warm, welcoming, and kind. Their kindness really made the stay even better. I would happily stay here again.
