Just outside of Queenstown centre where there are plenty of food and dining options. We did have a car and it only took us a couple of minutes to drive there so it would be about 10-15 min walk to the centre. Apartment was clean and modern and the bed was comfortable. We really liked the gas fire place.

These apartment-like suites were spacious and in a convenient location to both downtown Queenstown and Frankton. The large windows provided great views of the mountains and lake but was also somewhat noisy due to vehicles passing by on the nearby roadway.

We had a great stay in Queenstown, we had the best room available however the toilet was leaking keeping us awake at night, the dishwasher was broken and we booked the spa the arrived to go to the spa only to be told oh sorry it’s not available as it’s dirty, we planned our day around the spa they had our number and didn’t call us to let us know, so that was pretty poor for a higher end hotel

Lovely room but it’s annoying that the fan in the bathroom was connected to the light so always had to be on. I found the condition of the mattress and pillow protectors to be unsatisfactory. Great they had them but more regular replacement is needed - slack housekeeping!
